Celebrities from Bollywood met the I&B Minister to discuss censorship issues at a meeting held in Mumbai on March 16, 2015. The attendees of the event included Karan Johar, Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Kiran Rao, Aamir Khan, Rajkumar Hirani and others.
The meeting was called to discuss the issues faced by the Bollywood fraternity. Issues were discussed over the stringent measures and habits of the Censor board of snipping out random words and scenes. The meeting was also attended by the Information and Broadcasting Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.
